Wisconsin strikes to UBE to ease access-to-justice woes

As a strategy to ease entry to justice points, Wisconsin will begin administering the Uniform Bar Examination so as to make it simpler to confess legal professionals from different states.
The Wisconsin Supreme Courtroom’s March order to maneuver to the Nationwide Convention of Bar Examiner’s UBE is geared toward “giving candidates better flexibility to start or proceed their authorized careers within the state,” in accordance with a release from the state’s board of bar examiners.
