Affirm, a fintech software program platform that gives buy-now-pay-later and lending and client credit score providers to on-line retail consumers, was slapped with a category motion for allegedly failing to guard the personally identifiable data of its customers from a cyberattack on its banking companion, Evolve Financial institution & Belief.

Morgan & Morgan filed a criticism Wednesday in opposition to the San Francisco-based firm within the U.S. District Courtroom for the Northern District of California.
