The partnership comes as Allianz pursues broader AI-driven transformation throughout its enterprise. The insurer is individually planning to chop between 1,500 and 1,800 positions inside its journey insurance coverage operations over the following 12 to 18 months as AI reshapes buyer and claims processes – a discount equal to six.6%–8% of Allianz Companions’ complete workforce.
