In Wednesday’s order, U.S. Justice of the Peace Decide Rukhsanah Singh, within the District of New Jersey, raised “deep skepticism” in regards to the plaintiffs’ particular causation specialists and sought to re-evaluate how one can handle the “aged and sophisticated mass tort MDL.”
