The San Diego Basis (SDF) introduced a $4 million dedication to help native highschool college students dealing with homelessness, in foster care, or studying English put together for school success.
The initiative comes as current knowledge exhibits important commencement disparities amongst weak pupil populations in San Diego County. Whereas the general commencement fee reached 84.6% in 2023-24, 69.4% of English learners, 49.8% of foster youth, and 62.8% of homeless college students graduated.
