The lawsuit, filed within the US District Courtroom for the Northern District of Texas, names Basis Physicians Group, Inc., Prime Imaging Companions, LLC, Full Ache Options, PLLC, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, PLLC, and several other medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and enterprise house owners, together with Thomas Hellman, Jaime Hellman, Nathan Meltzer, Bradley Eames, D.O., Ralph Stein, D.O., Anthony Eric Gioia, M.D., Dorothy Vinton, F.N.P., and Joel Brandon Brock, F.N.P., D.C. Allstate alleges that, from mid-2019 by way of 2023, these defendants fraudulently procured sums for bodily harm claims by submitting medical payments for pointless and unreasonable providers, reminiscent of examinations and injection procedures, associated to vehicle accident sufferers.
